Far from centre

Not tourist oriented. I had emailed ahead and asked for a guide. They replied: "Local guide not has revice, but the local driver tuk tuk they are know the place and history is very well, we are can call tuk tuk for your when traveling of the city" When we wanted to go sightseeing they sent us in a tuk tuk with a driver who knew no English. Managed to get to the Tourism Authority of Thailand office where they connected us with a guide who took us around after 2 hours. However it defeated the purpose of staying in Ayuttaya: to get in early before the day trippers arrive.

Good stopover motel. priced reasonably. spacious condo, staff were kind and courteous, breakfast was very elaborate and freshly cooked. overall, very happy

not enough parking space. the security staff was seen helping residents to park on the access roads, even on the ramps

Nice pool (but windy)

2 stinking smoker rooms for us as a family with 2 teenage girls. Uncomfortable beds. Windows so thin that all the noise from the nearby highway come in unfiltered, so no sleep. Worst coffee we had in all of Thailand. Restaurant staff (a dozend or so) that were chatting to themselves instead of helping us with another coffee or taking plates away. Bugs on the floor. Most bizarre thing at the end: when doing the check out the receptionist was asking us to wait until the room service would have checked our rooms. For completeness of the Inventory? A unique experience ...

The staff were very friendly and always there to help you with whatever you need. The free shuttle service to local attractions and beach came in very handy. Breakfast was more than you could ask for, and staff were very attentive to our needs. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for dinner on a couple of occasions and the food was beautiful, and well priced too. Highly recommended!

As a frequent traveler in Thailand, I would consider this is one of the larger comfortable rooms being offered with some good room facilities. Breakfast offered, have a good mixed of varieties from both East & West. (Quick TIP: As they say, early bird catches the worm, so eat early as the food is fresher) Roof top pool with a Jacuzzi was a plus where we managed to relax from the hot weather. (Quick TIP : It could get a little bit crowded around evening time) WIFI was free and it's connection is both good in the room and public area. 2 shopping malls are within distance and a 24hour convenience store is approx. 6 mins away (by walking) The Chamber Maids are very service-oriented which they went the extra mile to clean my room even at 3pm. Quick TIP: Stop by Kantaray Cafe (at the front of the hotel entrance) for their bread and pastry. Tasty and yet reasonable prices.

Parking spaces are limited at the basement (if you are driving) Location is a little far from the Old City and many tourists area but taxis are available from the concierge. Service staff during Breakfast is a little disappointing.

Testy breakfasts and too many choices. Nice place to stay and good location. Friendly staff, good service mind and alway pay attention to customers. Good taking care elderly people.

The hotel is clean and modern, and the rooms comfortable

The location is poor for those wishing to visit the historical park. The hotel is aimed at a business clientele, not at tourists and is some distance from the historical park. The hotel is poor value for money, giving other hotels in the town. The staff were some of the laziest and most indolent I have ever come across in a Thai hotel.

great breakfast buffet

Make sure you do not have a room facing the street as there is no noise insulation and the traffic will prevent you from having a good sleep. The Hotel is pretty far away from the center
